There was the matter of the alpine fabrics—they’re produced right on our doorstep and have deep roots here. The goal was to craft sophisticated clothing from them—timeless yet just right—that can be worn more or less year-round, whether for everyday life or special occasions.
And then there was the production aspect; naturally, we wanted to utilize the nearby manufacturing facilities in Northern Italy.
